About the role

Join our team as a Change Management Consultant to drive organizational transformation and improve patient care through strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support organizational goals.
  • Conduct needs assessments and gather stakeholder feedback to inform change plans.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate staff on new processes and technologies.
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful implementation of changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align change efforts with overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare or related industry.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare change management is preferred.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
