About the role
Join our team as a Change Management Consultant to drive organizational transformation and improve patient care through strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support organizational goals.
- Conduct needs assessments and gather stakeholder feedback to inform change plans.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate staff on new processes and technologies.
- Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful implementation of changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align change efforts with overall business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare or related industry.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare change management is preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
