Change Management Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Change Management Consultant with 5+ years of Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience to support an organizational transformation initiative in the Bay Area, California. This is a hybrid role requiring periodic onsite presence in the Bay Area. Candidates must be local to the Bay Area or Northern California.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong experience applying Prosci ADKAR methodology and OCM best practices
• Proven ability to lead both strategic and tactical change management initiatives
• Experience managing stakeholder engagement across executive leadership, business teams, and cross-functional groups
• Ability to develop and execute change strategies, communications, readiness, and adoption plans
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives within complex organizations
• Experience developing and delivering training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer activities
• Strong facilitation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
• Solid project management and coordination experience
• Experience conducting organizational readiness assessments, stakeholder impact analyses, and adoption measurement activities

Qualifications

• Preferred Prosci Certification
• Public sector and/or large enterprise experience is highly desirable
