- Board certification in Plastic Surgery.
- Eligible for, or currently hold, a medical license in the State of California.
- Experience in academic leadership, preferably in a similar department.
- Strong track record of successful recruitment, development, and retention of faculty.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Experience in securing external funding and grants.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance.
