Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• An MD, MD/PhD, or equivalent degree.
• Board certification in Plastic Surgery.
• Eligible for, or currently hold, a medical license in the State of California.
• Experience in academic leadership, preferably in a similar department.
• Strong track record of successful recruitment, development, and retention of faculty.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse team effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Experience in securing external funding and grants.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance.
