CFT Facilitator - Orange County

About the role

Rite of Passage Team is hiring a CFT Facilitator at Southern California Treatment Program in Costa Mesa, CA. SCTP provides a safe and nurturing environment for youth from Child Welfare, Social Services, and probation systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer, develop, and facilitate Child and Family Team (CFT) services in accordance with the needs of each assigned resident.
• Develop and monitor each resident’s individual treatment plan and coordinate services with social workers, probation officers, medical/mental health providers, and other institutions.

Requirements

• Demonstrate empathy, patience, and respect, along with a genuine desire to work with troubled teens.
• Successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screening, physical exam, and TB test.
• Hold a current State Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record for the past three years.
• Retain one of the following combinations: Associates level degree in a related field with three years of experience, or Bachelor’s level degree in a related field with two years of related experience in mental health service provision.
• Relevant experience includes, but not limited to, working with youth in mental health settings, treatment services, residential, schools, after-school programs, or coaching sports.

Pay

Rate starting at $23.00 per hour.
