The Role
We are a leader in digital finance at CFO & Enterprise Value. Our mission is to help Finance leaders transform their organizations by modernizing finance functions, leveraging technology, and aligning financial strategies with overall business goals.
What You'll Do
- Consult with internal and external teams to set vision, strategy, goals, and key outcomes for clients.
- Provide CFOs and their teams with the necessary data and insights to create compelling narratives and drive shareholder value.
- Understand and address clients' challenges by applying knowledge of leading practices and emerging technologies.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Advisor for other Accenture projects and proposals based on your expertise.
- Manage engagement risks, project economics, deliverable content, and ensure client buy-in.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
- Inspire innovation within your team and support their professional growth.
- Create strategies and blueprints using advanced operating models, processes, and emerging technologies to enhance operations and redefine work.
- Drive digital transformations, focusing on efficiency, effectiveness, customer experience, and growth.
- Identify and implement modern technology and data solutions for clients, sharing best practices across the industry.
- Grow the practice by participating in and being accountable for key business development activities and cycles.
- Stay updated on current trends, technologies, and regulations impacting digital finance, analytics, and the CFO ecosystem.
- Lead and assemble teams to respond to proposals, leading to incremental sales.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years of finance and/or accounting experience with management consulting experience.
- Significant experience in engagement management, business, practice, and people development.
- Demonstrated curiosity about clients' industries and businesses, translating insights into effective finance and enterprise solutions.
- Strong intellectual curiosity to understand and explain emerging technologies.
- Experience designing finance, accounting, planning, forecasting, reporting, data & analytic operating models.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Finance function, including operating models, organizational structures, process best practices, and interdependencies with non-finance stakeholders.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to document requirements and articulate the value proposition and business case.
- Proven ability to lead solutioning and problem-solving workshops with clients.
- Ability to interface effectively with senior-level clients.
- Significant experience in banking, insurance, consumer goods & retail, energy, health, high-tech industrial, or utilities.
- A bachelor's degree.
- Bonus points for:
- Significant finance transformation experience across multiple finance function areas.
- Experience with or fluency in finance technology and data solutions.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and tools, particularly GenAI.
- Experience with ERP/EPM technology platforms, such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Anaplan, One Stream.
- An MBA or another advanced degree.
