Responsibilities

• Lead the firm's overall financial strategy, planning, and long-term growth initiatives.
• Oversee all finance operations, including accounting, budgeting, payroll, billing, and collections.
• Maintain profitability, cash flow, working capital, and financial performance across practice areas.
• Develop annual budgets, financial forecasts, and executive-level reporting.
• Advise executive leadership on pricing, shareholder compensation, capital planning, and business investments.
• Manage banking relationships, lines of credit, capital structure, and financial covenant compliance.
• Evaluate the financial impact of strategic growth initiatives, including lateral shareholder acquisitions.
• Ensure strong financial controls, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across the firm.

Requirements

• Extensive executive-level financial leadership experience, ideally within a professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, accounting, treasury management, and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with executive leadership and influence strategic business decisions.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with outstanding attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
