Key Responsibilities
- Lead all accounting, finance, treasury, tax, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning functions
- Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives
- Drive annual budgeting, long-range planning, forecasting, and board-level reporting processes
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations regarding profitability, cash flow, investments, and operational performance
- Develop and enhance KPIs, financial reporting packages, and executive dashboards
- Lead banking, lender, investor, and external stakeholder relationships
- Oversee internal controls, compliance, risk management, and financial governance processes
- Evaluate and improve systems, processes, and financial infrastructure to support continued growth
- Lead and develop accounting and finance teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Support M&A, capital raising, due diligence, and strategic transactions as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA required
- 12+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- Previous CFO, VP of Finance, Corporate Controller, or senior finance leadership experience required
- Technology and/or SaaS industry experience required
- Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, cash flow management, and strategic planning
- Experience working with executive leadership, boards, lenders, investors, and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated success scaling finance organizations within growing businesses
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
- Experience with ERP implementations, reporting systems, and process improvement initiatives preferred
