Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes
• Oversee financial reporting, internal controls, and audit readiness
• Manage banking relationships, lender reporting, and debt compliance
• Direct budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
• Partner with ownership on financial strategy and business performance
• Oversee insurance, risk management, and regulatory compliance
• Cook tax planning and filings with external CPA partners
• Develop reporting and analytics to support operational and strategic decision-making

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience
• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Experience managing banking relationships and lending requirements
• Proven ability to partner with executive leadership and drive business growth
• Hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
