CFO

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership by developing and executing long-term financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and growth initiatives that align with overall business objectives.
• Partner with the CEO, executive leadership team, Board of Directors, and private equity sponsors to drive financial performance, support key decision-making, and maximize shareholder value.
• Lead all accounting, finance, treasury, FP&A, HR, and compliance functions while ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate and execute mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions, including financial due diligence, integration planning, and post-acquisition performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline required; CPA designation required.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within finance and accounting, including executive-level responsibility.
• Demonstrated success serving as a Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance, or in a comparable senior financial leadership role.
• Proven experience partnering with private equity-backed organizations, including driving value creation initiatives and supporting investor objectives.
• Extensive M&A experience, including financial due diligence, transaction execution, integration planning, and post-acquisition optimization.
• Deep expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance management.
• Track record of leading organizational growth, transformational initiatives, ERP implementations, and process improvement efforts that enhance scalability and operational efficiency.

Compensation

$250K-$275K with bonus
