About The Opportunity

Our client, a growing healthcare organization in the Columbus, Ohio area, is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. Key Responsibilities

• Lead all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors.
• Oversee accounting, treasury, revenue cycle, payroll, audit, tax, and compliance functions.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, reimbursement requirements, and financial reporting standards.
• Monitor key performance indicators and drive operational improvements.
• Manage cash flow, capital planning, and investment strategies.
• Led and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Partner with operational leaders to support growth initiatives, acquisitions, and strategic projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA, MBA, or other advanced financial credential preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including senior-level healthcare finance experience.
• Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement models, regulatory compliance, and financial operations.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
• Prominent ability to influence executive leadership and drive organizational performance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
