Investment thesis: Transform the business and scale the platform through the value creation period, professionalizing recently acquired businesses, and acquiring add-ons to drive scale, product expansion, cross-sell opportunities, and multiple arbitrage.
About the Role
Our private equity client is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the organization through a period of accelerated growth and transformation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the finance function during a high-growth phase, including geographic expansion and strategic M&A.
- Integrate and professionalize recently acquired businesses.
- Drive platform scaling to position the business for a flexible exit strategy.
- Oversee diligence and integration for add-on acquisitions.
Requirements
- 20+ years of progressive career success, with 10+ years in senior finance leadership roles.
- Private equity experience required.
- Solid M&A diligence and integration experience.
- Experience in a multi-site, branch-based services or field-based operating environment strongly preferred.
