CFA Coach

About the role

We are seeking an experienced CFA Coach to support clients in their preparation for the CFA exam and their long-term career in investment management and finance.

Responsibilities

• Mastery of exam content across Ethical and Professional Standards, Quantitative Methods, Economics, Financial Reporting and Analysis, Corporate Finance, Equity Investments, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Alternative Investments, and Portfolio Management
• Create a tailored study plan and test prep strategy to enhance accuracy, pacing, and confidence
• Guide clients in applying CFA concepts to real career growth in the investment industry
• Offer guidance on integrating the CFA charter into broader career paths

Requirements

• Passing the relevant CFA level(s) or holding the CFA charter
• Prior tutoring, teaching, or mentoring experience
• A structured approach to simplifying complex problems and linking them to practical applications

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals preparing for the CFA exam
• Strong understanding of investment management and finance principles
• Ability to tailor coaching strategies to individual client needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
