About the role
PetVet Care Centers' Cascade Veterinary Referral Center is seeking a Certified Veterinary Technician Supervisor. This role performs the duties of medical technical staff (e.g., technicians and assistants) as well as scheduling and supervising the staff of the assigned department. The supervisor expedites the care and efficiency of the department, is in charge of patient care standards, and must lead the team by example, demonstrating organizational skills, following company policies, and maintaining a professional attitude. A sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 is offered based on experience as a credentialed veterinary technician.
Responsibilities
- Maintain processes for effective medical record keeping and billing
- Collect and process work charts
- Assist with entering in-patient charges and/or procedures performed in billing system
- Ensure invoices are sent monthly and as requested by clients and doctors
- Process payments and monthly statements
- Resolve escalated financial problems with clients, collecting delinquent accounts and "NSF" checks; determine when special financial agreements are appropriate
- Assist with monitoring and reporting on accounts receivable
- Prepare, print and mail invoice or statement copies for customers as requested
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Be dependable and punctual
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT)
- Relevant experience in the veterinary field
Schedule
- Full-Time, Rotating shifts
- Variable days/nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

$38—$39 USD per hour
