About the role

We're seeking a Certified Veterinary Technician who is passionate about animal care and eager to contribute to our mission of providing exceptional medical care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional nursing care from check-in to discharge.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor anesthesia and assist during surgical and dental procedures.
  • Collect lab samples, run diagnostics, and perform treatments.
  • Administer medications, vaccines, and fluid therapy as directed by veterinarians.
  • Educate pet parents about medications, preventive care, nutrition, and recovery plans.
  • Build relationships with clients and support their emotional needs.
  • Work collaboratively with veterinarians and support staff to deliver high-quality care.
  • Jump in wherever needed to support the team.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited Veterinary Technician program (Associate Degree).
  • Current CVT, RVT, or LVT credentials (or eligibility for licensing).
  • Successful completion of the Veterinary Technician National Examination (VTNE).
  • Experience in a veterinary setting (general practice, ER, or specialty experience is a plus).
  • Strong technical skills and confidence working with various sized patients.
  • Excellent communication skills with both clients and teammates.
  • A positive attitude and ability to handle busy days calmly.
  • Great time management and organizational skills.
  • A passion for learning and continuous skill development.
  • A team-first mindset, celebrating wins together and supporting each other.
