Certified Veterinary Technician

About the role

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to animals under the supervision of licensed veterinarians.
• Administer medications, perform routine medical procedures, and monitor animal health.
• Assist in surgeries and other specialized treatments as needed.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in veterinary medicine.

Requirements

• A valid state license to practice veterinary medicine.
• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine or related field.
• Experience working with animals, preferably in a veterinary setting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Passionate about animal welfare and healthcare.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacology.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Our typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
