At Capital Ford of Charlotte, we're looking for an experienced Certified Truck Technician who knows trucks inside and out and takes pride in delivering quality repairs the first time. If you're a skilled diesel technician who thrives on diagnostics, complex repairs, and keeping hardworking trucks on the road, we want to meet you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Ford trucks and diesel-powered vehicles
• Perform advanced mechanical, electrical, drivability, and diesel repairs
• Utilize OEM diagnostic equipment and follow Ford repair procedures
• Complete repairs accurately and efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and teammates
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
• Continue developing your skills through Ford factory training and certifications

What We're Looking For

• ASE, Ford, OEM, or equivalent truck/diesel certifications required
• Proven experience as a Truck or Diesel Technician
• Ford dealership truck experience strongly preferred
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities
• Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to successfully complete pre-employment background screenings
