At Capital Ford of Charlotte, we're looking for an experienced Certified Truck Technician who knows trucks inside and out and takes pride in delivering quality repairs the first time. What You'll Be Doing
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain Ford trucks and diesel-powered vehicles
- Perform advanced mechanical, electrical, drivability, and diesel repairs
- Utilize OEM diagnostic equipment and follow Ford repair procedures
- Complete repairs accurately and efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and teammates
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
- Continue developing your skills through Ford factory training and certifications
What We're Looking For
- ASE, Ford, OEM, or equivalent truck/diesel certifications required
- Proven experience as a Truck or Diesel Technician
- Ford dealership truck experience strongly preferred
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities
- Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to successfully complete pre-employment background screenings
