Job Summary

GM Technicians Wanted!! Multiple Automotive Technicians are wanted & needed for our high-volume repair center. If you are not GM certified, we will train you! We are looking for technicians who are skilled in high tech diagnostic & drivability repairs, transmission diagnostic, repair & replacement, diesel diagnostic & repair, suspension diagnostic & repair. Along with all other general maintenance & light repair work such as oil changes, tires, brakes, inspections. Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive wage of $18 to $45 per hour, paid weekly.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general vehicle maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues on various makes and models of vehicles.
  • Utilize diagnostic equipment and manufacturer resources to accurately diagnose and repair issues.
  • Perform efficient and accurate repairs according to manufacturer and dealership guidelines.
  • Communicate with Service Advisors to update on repair progress and recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Continuously learn and enhance technical knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or completed automotive training is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Automotive Technician.
  • Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and repair tools.
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and their functions.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Must have own tools.
