About the role

Surgical Technologist 36 hour rotating Schedule: 36 hours, days/evenings; 3 x 12 hour shifts. On-call requirements. Eligible for $10,000 sign on bonus

Responsibilities

• Function as a scrub person during operative and other invasive procedures
• Participate in ongoing educational and competency activities
• Precept staff to the surgical technician job duties, including surgical technicians, nurses and students

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Surgical Technician Certification required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.
• 1 year of Surgical Technician experience preferred.
• Must present and submit Certification of Graduation, as follows:
• - ARC/STSA-Accredited Surgical Technology Program
• - NBSTSA- Certification is conferred by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting
