About the Role

Certified Surgical Technologist in the Operating Room at a hospital specializing in orthopedic, spinal, and complex surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist the surgical team by scrubbing on orthopedic surgeries such as total joints, sports medicine, spine, hand/foot/ankle, trauma, and oncology cases.
• Prepare equipment and sterile instruments for use.
• Maintain a clean and safe surgical environment.
• Support the operating room team to ensure efficient and safe procedures.

Requirements

• Associate degree from an accredited surgical technology program.
• Certified Surgical Technician certification.
• BLS certification.
• Strong aspiration for success, with or without prior orthopedic experience; new grads encouraged to apply.
