About the role

Southern Tennessee Regional Health System-Pulaski is seeking a Certified Surgical Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment
  • Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment
  • Set up the operating room prior to procedures
  • Avoid passing instruments, maintaining sterile field
  • Ensure all surgical supplies are available and accounted for
  • Maintain infection control standards
  • Clean and restock operating rooms after procedures

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a physician office, clinic, or hospital setting preferred
  • Certified Surgical Technician from a nationally recognized organization (AST, NBSTSA, NHA) required
  • AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) required
  • Handle with Care certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Pay

The salary range for this position is $XX.XX - $XXXX.XX per year, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

This position is a Full-Time, 5X10 schedule (7a-5p).
