Certified Surgical Technician (Full Time) Endoscopy Department- 7099

About the role

Under the supervision of a Staff Nurse or authorized designee, assists with the care of the patient in the Endoscopy Dept. by scrubbing or circulating for most types of surgery. Assists the surgeon and anesthetist within the limits of a technician's education. May perform some housekeeping and preparation of supplies and instrumentation.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Surgical Technician (CST).
• Experience in an endoscopy department preferred.
• Knowledge of surgical techniques and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field.
• Current CPR certification.
