About the Role
A Certified Surgical Technologist assists physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the operating room and sterilize equipment
- Support the surgical team to ensure patient safety and well-being
- Assist during surgical procedures with expertise and professionalism
Requirements
- Current certification from an NBSTSA-accredited program
- BLS Certification
- Preferably 1 year of experience as a certified OR tech; 2 years for CVOR positions in cardiac surgery
