Certified Surgical Technician

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technician to join a high-volume outpatient cosmetic surgery team in a hybrid clinical role. This position involves assisting during awake facial procedures under local anesthesia, balancing surgical scrubbing with clinical tasks such as patient rooming, charting, and sterilization.

Responsibilities

• Preparing sterile fields
• Managing sterilization
• Supporting patient intake
• Providing pre- and post-operative education
• Documenting accurately in EMR systems

Requirements

• At least 5 years of surgical experience
• Valid Surgical Technician Certification
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced doctor's office environment
• Experience in outpatient cosmetic, dermatology, ENT, or plastic surgery (preferred)
