We are seeking a skilled and dedicated full-time Certified Surgical Tech to join our Main OR team in La Crosse, WI! Scheduled Weekly Hours 36.
Responsibilities
Assists physician as scrub person according to prescribed standards. Assist RN in performing circulating duties as directed. Performs primarily in the scrub role preparing, selecting maintaining equipment, instruments, and supplies.
Work schedule: Week 1: Monday-Thursday 1:00pm-1030pm Week 2: Tuesday-Thursday 1:00pm - 10:30pm, Friday 1230-8:00pm No night or weekend call requirements Holiday Rotation: 1-2 holidays per year
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited surgical tech program
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification within 2 years of hire date
- Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (with hands on learning) from one of the following programs; American Heart Association or American Red Cross
