About the role

This role involves assisting physicians during procedures and preparing the endoscopic suite, including cleaning, sterilizing, and ensuring instrument functionality.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient needs and identify deviations from normal conditions
• Prioritize problems and initiate standards of care within scope of practice
• Recognize changes in patient condition and modify care based on responses
• Adapt procedures for age-specific needs
• Participate in staff meetings and performance improvement activities

Requirements

• Some college or vocational training
• BLS CPR certification within 7 days of hire
• Surgical technology certification or relevant training

Qualifications

Preferred experience: 1-2 years in related roles.
