Certified Substance Abuse Counselor- A (CSAC-A) or CSAC-A Supervisee

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling sessions to clients
• Conduct group therapy sessions
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Document client progress and maintain confidentiality
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Current license to practice as a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC-A) or supervision eligibility
• Experience working with individuals in substance abuse treatment settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
