Certified Sterile Processing Tech Lead
Job Summary
As a Lead Central Sterile Technician, you’ll help deliver safe, high-quality care by ensuring surgical instruments and supplies are expertly cleaned, sterilized, and ready to use. With strong attention to detail and by leading through example, you’ll help create a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement that drives excellent outcomes and improves lives every day.
Responsibilities
Leading the preparation, cleaning, and sterilization of surgical instruments and supplies, making sure all items are properly cleaned and ready for use
Organizing instruments and equipment based on surgery schedules and special case needs
Monitoring sterilization processes and equipment performance, keeping accurate records, and promptly reporting any issues
Maintaining a clean, organized, and stocked workspace that supports the team and upholds the highest infection control standards
Training and supporting team members to work safely, follow best practices, and care for every patient like family
Qualifications
Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date (CSPDT)
Cert Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician
No Travel Required
3 Required Years of Experience as well as team lead experience
