Responsibilities

• Perform surveys related to asbestos, lead, mold, bacteria, etc.
• Experience performing mold, sewage, and smoke damage investigations is a major plus.

Requirements

• Certified Site Surveillance Technician (CSST) — minimum requirement
• Current California Department of Public Health (CA DPH) Certified Lead Inspector/Assessor and/or Project Monitor
• NIOSH-582 Certified
• Excellent customer service skills
• Valid CA driver’s license, good driving record, and willingness to travel when necessary
• Availability for night and weekend work as needed
• Ability to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders and stairs, crawl in spaces, stand and drive for periods of time, stoop, kneel as needed
• Possess the zeal, drive, and self-confidence of an entrepreneur, with the courtesy, respect, and reliability expected of a team player
