CERTIFIED Site Surveillance Technician (CSST)

About the role

We are looking for a Certified Site Surveillance Technician (CSST) to join our LA Area/The Valley team! Must also currently possess California Department of Public Health (CA DPH) Certified Lead Inspector/Assessor and/or Project Monitor.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site asbestos/lead surveys
• Generate proposals
• Generate final reports
• Experience performing mold, sewage, and smoke damage investigations is a major plus
• May be given additional management responsibilities within our hygienist service division

Requirements

• Certified Site Surveillance Technician (CSST)
• Must hold current California Department of Public Health (CA DPH) Certified Lead Inspector/Assessor and/or Project Monitor
• NIOSH-582 Certificated
• Excellent customer service skills
• Valid CA driver’s license, good driving record, and willing to travel when necessary
• Available for night and weekend work, as needed
• Ability to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders and stairs, crawl in spaces, stand and drive for periods of time, stoop, kneel as needed
