Responsibilities

• Perform on-site asbestos/lead surveys
• Generate proposals and final reports
• Conduct mold, sewage, and smoke damage investigations (major plus)
• May be given additional management responsibilities within the hygienist service division

Requirements

• Certified Site Surveillance Technician (CSST)
• Current California Department of Public Health (CA DPH) Certified Lead Inspector/Assessor and/or Project Monitor
• NIOSH-582 Certified
• Excellent customer service skills
• Valid CA driver’s license, good driving record, and willingness to travel when necessary
• Availability for night and weekend work, as needed
• Ability to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders and stairs, crawl in spaces, stand and drive for periods of time, stoop, kneel as needed
