Certified Shift Manager

Responsibilities

Lead successful shifts while ensuring exceptional Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC)
Coach, motivate, and develop crew members
Maintain food safety and operational excellence
Manage labor, speed of service, and shift profitability
Monitor inventory and product quality
Ensure restaurant safety and security
Handle customer concerns professionally
Train and develop crew members
Communicate effectively with management and fellow shift leaders
Help achieve restaurant performance goals

Qualifications

Current McDonald's Shift Manager Certification is REQUIRED
Previous McDonald's management experience required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of McDonald's operational standards
Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be at least 18 years of age
