Certified Shift Manager

About the Role

Smith Enterprises McDonald's is seeking professional, self-led, and experienced Certified Shift Managers that are willing to own the responsibility that accompanies ensuring our service not only meets but surpasses the high standard our patrons desire and most importantly deserves. Requirements

• At least 1 year of food service and/or management experience
• Outstanding attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, team environment
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule
• Passion to work in the famously fast-paced McDonald's environment
• Prefer at least 21 years of age or older for Management Team; individuals at least 18 years of age are encouraged to prepare for the Management level serving as Department and Team lead

Job Duties

• Lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness to customers
• Plan for each shift
• Monitor performance during the shift
• Take action to ensure the team is meeting McDonald's standards
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him/her to run a great shift
• Meet targets during shifts
• Help assigned Departments meet their goals
