Certified Scrum Master | Contract W2

About the role

The role requires a strong Scrum Master with at least 4+ years of experience in tech domains, preferably in the payments, bank, or cards domain. The candidate must hold either PSM or CSM certification and be proficient in the Scrum framework.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to Scrum cadences including daily scrums, planning sessions, and backlog refinement.
• Coach and support the technical delivery teams in implementing Agile processes and best practices like test-driven development and technical solution integration.
• Oversee and facilitate the Scrum process, promoting transparency, inspection, and adaptation within the team.
• Aid the product team in creating and managing a clear backlog, conducting release planning, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
• Knowledgeable about other frameworks such as Kanban, SAFe, and XP.

Requirements

• At least 9 years of working experience, with at least 4+ years as a Scrum Master in tech domains.
• Must hold PSM or CSM certification.
• Experience working with technical delivery teams and knowledge of technical engineering best practices.
• Knowledge of Agile processes and Scrum framework.
• Understanding of other Agile frameworks such as Kanban, SAFe, and XP.
