Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and foster a culture of agile best practices
• Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions
• Guide the team in self-organization and cross-functionality
• Coach the development team and product owner in Scrum principles and practices
• Promote continuous improvement and adaptability within the team

Requirements

• Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM)
• 4-6 years of experience as a Scrum Master

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or equivalent experience

Skills

• Strong understanding of agile principles and frameworks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
