Responsibilities

• Affords patient assessments.
• Formulates the plan of care.
• Carries out the plan of care.
• Evaluates the plan of care.
• Administers medications as per prescription.
• Provides health teaching/education to patients, families, and significant others.
• Involves in activities aimed at enhancing healthcare delivery.
• Communicates and collaborates with others to provide patient care.
• Exhibits clinical leadership.
• Fosters a supportive environment for lifelong learning.
• Attains assigned goals.

Requirements, Preferences And Experience

• Education: Current state license.
• Experience: 1 year hospital experience preferred.
• Licensure, Registration, Certification: ACLS preferred; BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
• Special Skills: Basic computer knowledge using Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office.
• Training: Successful completion of Hospital and Departmental orientation.
