Job Summary Travel: Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) - Days Talented Medical Solutions Contract In-Office | Tucson, AZ, United States Position Description Northwest Medical Center Position: Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) ASAP Start Shift: Days 0630-1900 (3x12's) Duration: 13 Weeks Guaranteed Hrs.: 36 MUST HAVE: BLS & ACLS Will need a minimum of ICU, general floors and ED. NICU and Peds experience minimal, just enough to cover the ED. The Respiratory Therapist is either registered or certified by the National Board of Respiratory Care to provide Cardiopulmonary Services. The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for following protocols approved by the medical staff and department policy and procedures in order to provide timely diagnostic and therapeutic services to both inpatients and outpatients. Responsibilities include: assisting physicians with invasive and non-invasive procedures, delivery of medicated aerosols via medical compressed gas, maintaining airways, ventilator management, intubations, and blood gases.
