Saint Alphonsus Ten Mile Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) in Meridian, Idaho, is a part of the region’s most advanced trauma system, which is recognized for providing the highest quality, most optimal care for all patients.

Shift: Monday thru Thursday (4x10s). Call: No Call.

Requirements
- Completion of a graduate program in Nurse Anesthesia (DNAP, CRNA, etc.)
- Certified through National Board of Certification & Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- Idaho CRNA licensure and granting of privileges at Saint Alphonsus Ten Mile ASC and other health system affiliated hospitals as needed
- Valid controlled substance registration with Board of Pharmacy and DEA
