Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

About the role

Windom Area Health is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to deliver high-quality anesthesia care for surgical, obstetrical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures. This is a CRNA-only practice, offering the opportunity to work to the top of your license in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations
• Develop anesthesia care plans
• Administer anesthesia
• Maintain close collaboration with surgeons, providers, and nursing staff
• Provide post-anesthesia care

Requirements

• Current MN RN license
• CRNA certification
• NBCRNA accreditation
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications

Qualifications

• Experience in anesthesia care
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Proficient in anesthesia administration
• Effective communication with medical teams

Pay

$120.80 - $181.20 *Rate offered will reflect applicable experience - per hour

Schedule

Predictable schedule with every-other-week time off and extra compensation for additional shifts and call.
