Role Overview This position involves providing anesthesia care across various patient acuity levels and settings, including surgical, obstetrical, diagnostic, therapeutic, and pain management procedures. The role includes conducting pre-operative assessments, developing and communicating care plans, establishing venous access, maintaining airway management, and overseeing anesthesia induction, maintenance, and emergence. Additionally, responsibilities include transferring care post-procedure, performing post-operative follow-up, and serving as a clinical instructor for anesthesia students. Qualifications & Skills Active Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in the practicing state.Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (NBCRNA certification) for CRNA roles.Ability to perform essential functions with adequate visual acuity and effective communication skills.Commitment to safety, confidentiality, teamwork, and adherence to healthcare standards and regulations. Key Duties Perform patient assessments and plan care accordingly.Manage venous access and airway maintenance.Induct, monitor, and emerge from anesthesia safely.Ensure proper transfer and follow-up care.Educate anesthesia students as a clinical instructor.
