Responsibilities

• Deliver precise, patient-centered care in high-stakes moments.
• Collaborate with physicians and CRNAs to provide the best anesthesia care possible for the Fort Worth community.
• Lead with quiet confidence, owning your role in the OR, contributing to perioperative strategy, and driving performance across surgical workflows.
• Bring thoughtful solutions and calm leadership to complex cases, balancing clinical precision with genuine care for patients and colleagues.
• Specialize in areas like acute pain, obstetrics, cardiac, or pediatrics, and shape standards, advance education, and elevate care delivery across the organization.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/eligible Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Pay

Base salaries for this position range from $212k to $232k, depending on years of experience.

Schedule

• Mixture of 8s, 10s, 12s, 16s, and 24-hour shifts available.
• Receive 7-8 weeks of scheduled time off annually, depending on years of experience.
• Schedule options to choose (1) 24 and (1) reverse 16-hour shift, or can keep 7-days-on, 7-days-off model. We will work with you to ensure night shift coverage meets your family's needs.
