Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Role: Certified Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) or Registered Nurse (RN) providing anesthesia care across various patient acuity levels and settings. Responsibilities: Perform pre-operative patient assessments and develop plans of care.Establish and maintain venous access and airway management.Induce, maintain, and monitor anesthesia; ensure safe emergence.Transfer care post-procedure and conduct post-operative follow-up.Serve as a clinical instructor for anesthesia students. Qualifications & Skills: Active licensure as a CRNA or RN in the practice state.Board certification by the NBCRNA for CRNAs.Ability to communicate effectively, visualize clearly, and work collaboratively.Commitment to safety, confidentiality, and adherence to regulatory standards.
