About the role
We are seeking a motivated and collaborative CRNA to join our dynamic anesthesia team at Adventist Health Shady Grove Medical Center, a 266-bed acute care facility with a five-star rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. This position offers a variety of case options across our main OR, OB, CVIR, and Endo.
- Main OR cases include general, GYN, neuro, robotic, plastics, ENT, healthy pediatrics, orthopedics, thoracic, endo, CVIR, OB, PNB, and spinals.
Pay
- $220k - $275,480 base salary based on years of experience
- Premium Time Rate
- $50k–$75k sign-on bonus with 2–3 year commitment
- Student stipend available ("Earn While You Learn")
- Relocation reimbursement for 100+ miles

Qualifications
- Active CRNA certification
- Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
