About the role

AtlantiCare is expanding its CRNA team across its Mainland and City campuses. They are seeking motivated clinicians who value a practice built on stability, clinical autonomy, and mutual respect.

Responsibilities

• Diverse clinical scope: High-acuity cases across general, ortho, neuro, OB, GI, optional cardiac and outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Highly skilled in anesthesia management.
• Experience in a variety of clinical settings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.

Pay

High-value compensation package includes:

• $100,000 sign-on bonus
• $280,000+ base salary (tiered structure; 5+ years’ experience starts at max tier)
• $10,000 annual quality bonus
• $20/hr shift differential for nights and weekends
• Total annual value: $301,200+
