What You’ll Do
- Lead your classroom with creativity, warmth, and purpose.
- Design and implement inquiry-based curriculum that inspires discovery and meets developmental milestones.
- Foster children’s social, emotional, and academic growth through play, conversation, and connection.
- Communicate proactively with families about progress and milestones.
- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and well-organized learning environment.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience as a lead or head teacher.
- New York State Initial or Permanent Early Childhood Certification (N-6 or B-2).
- Passion for working with young children and seeing every child as capable and curious.
- Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to become certified).
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
