Certified Pharmacy Technician

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Provide technical and administrative assistance to the Pharmacist in the day-to-day activities of a designated pharmacy operation.
• Auxiliary the Pharmacist in the dispensing of prescription pharmaceuticals.
• Fills routine orders for non-prescription pharmaceuticals under direct supervision.

OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Applicants must clearly state how they meet these qualifications on the application/resume.
• High School Diploma, HSED Diploma, or GED Certification (applicants age 50 and older are exempt from this requirement).
• National Certification as a Pharmacy Technician and one (1) year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
