Responsibilities

• Serve as an active member of the Recovery Support and CPS Teams.
• Use your lived experience to model recovery, resilience, and hope.
• Assist individuals in developing and achieving personalized Recovery Service Plans.
• Support participants in identifying strengths, resources, and natural supports.
• Conduct regular meetings and document progress in accordance with program standards.
• Provide education on recovery principles, wellness tools, self-help resources, and mutual support programs.
• Utilize Motivational Interviewing techniques to encourage positive change and address barriers to recovery.
• Support individuals with community integration activities, including social, educational, recreational, and advocacy opportunities.
• Assist participants in improving social, interpersonal, and daily living skills.
• Connect individuals with community resources and supportive services.
• Communicate service successes, challenges, and needs to supervisors.
• Maintain current C
