About the Role

This is a part-time, temporary position assisting Student Success staff in various student services areas. The role involves providing assistance and encouragement to students and referring them to appropriate college services when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assists Student Success staff in student services areas.
• Provides support and encouragement to all students.
• Refers students to appropriate college service areas when necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in at least six credit hours at one of the ACD colleges or another accredited institution of higher education after attending or graduating from an ACD college.
• Must complete badges related to this position as determined by the Alamo Colleges.
• Must complete Peer Advisor Certification training within the first year of employment.

Schedule

Hours will vary, typically outside of M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hours per week: 19.
