Job Summary

Assists Student Success staff in a variety of student services areas. Provides assistance and encouragement to all students. Refers students to the appropriate college service area when necessary.

• Provide assistance and encouragement to all students.
• Refer students to the appropriate college service area as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in at least six credit hours at one of the ACD colleges or another accredited institution of higher education after attending or graduating from an ACD college.
• Must complete badges related to this position as determined by Alamo Colleges.
• Must complete Peer Advisor Certification training within the first year of employment.

Education and Experience

Minimum: Enrollment in at least six credit hours at an ACD college or another accredited institution, following attendance or graduation from an ACD college.

Schedule

Part‑time, temporary position; 19 hours per week. Hours will vary; outside regular M‑F 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. schedule as needed.
