About the role

This position is for a Certified Outpatient Medical Coder who will be responsible for reviewing and coding outpatient medical records to ensure accurate billing and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and accurately coding outpatient medical records

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Medical Coding, or a related field
• Current certification as a Certified Outpatient Medical Coder (e.g., CCS, CCS-P)
• At least 2 years of experience in medical coding
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in using medical coding software
