Responsibilities

• Implements therapy treatment plans under the direction of an Occupational Therapist and prescribed by a physician licensed in the state of Alaska.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree and Graduate from program in Occupational Therapy Assistant. Or equivalent educ/experience
• Upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant License
• Or Upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant Limited Permit
• Or Upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant Temporary License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Qualifications

• Required Qualifications: Associate's Degree and Graduate from program in Occupational Therapy Assistant. Or equivalent educ/experience
• Preferred Qualifications: 1 year of Clinical experience with physical disabilities.
